Surprise! This coin is not Bastien 231 (Atelier II, graveur 10), its the only known but not-illustrated coin number 212 (Atelier II, graveur 8B) in Bastien "Le monnayage de bronze de Postume"!
It's the coin from the Magnaguti collection nr 413 illustrated in "Ex Nummis Historia IV: Monete Romane da Antonino Pio alla caduta dell impero occidente.." (1951).
Further, this coin illustrated in Banti "I Grandi Bronzi Imperiali".
Congratulation to the owner!

Is this the same coin as Lot 324 in Sternberg Auction 20 (1988)?

In "Die römische Münzserie Beata Tranquillitas in der Prägestätte Trier" (2004) Alten and Zschucke analyzed this coin type for Trier mint and created a catalogue with more than 600 numbers. Separately to the catalogue, Alten distinguished in this book 97 varieties for the globe on the altar(!). The globe on this coin seems to be a mix of nr 23 and 73 or maybe even a new variety.

Erroneously described obverse & reverse, not matching the coin. A coin of Lugdunum, RIC 84.
